SOLUTION: The guys at Parking Panda have launched a mobile app that allows you to reserve and pay for parking before you leave your house. If you need parking or if you have an open spot on your property, you can use Parking Panda.
They are currently working with private garage companies in Baltimore, the DC metro area, Philly and San Francisco but you can easily post your own parking spots.
