Obama is currently on the campaign trail trying to secure the youth vote by pushing for low rate college loans. That’s great news because there too many people out here who have or have had “useless majors” that they are still trying to pay down. Useless? Yes, the degrees that yield the highest unemployment rates, lowest average earnings and job growth. The Daily Beast researched and listed the 13 most useless majors. The numbers don’t seem to like right-brained majors or majors that look to better the world much. I majored in Journalism and minored in History so I lose twice. And I’m running out of excuses on why I need to defer with Sally Mae. FML.
