As we here at Smugger were posting the LeBron GQ story and photos we saw something terribly wrong. Now this site has given Bron Bron kudos for many of his fashion choices, but this choice right here… (Katt Williams voice) this choice right here… Was a #fail.
We already told you that LeBron will grace the September cover of GQ, but what we didn’t tell you is that inside his fashion spread, he was rocking a pair of testicle strangling hot white leggings. By the looks of those pants, my guess is he is already well versed in Collins and Ocean Avenue. Add LeBron to the now growing list of athletes taken out of their element by stylists who obviously have a jaded image of what they represent. On a serious note GQ needs to take better account of the people and the culture that their subjects represent before they put their “GQ spin” on them. We rock with mag so we say this out of love, but LeBron James is a brand and his faithful audience will buy GQ and look at these pictures like
“This is not the LeBron I know”. As my man Ed Lover would say C’mon Son LeBron and GQ, Getthafuckouttaherewitdabullshit.
