I for one appreciate the boats. Not only because they are stylish but they serve as the ultimate go-between.
You can be weather appropriate without having to go commando by the feet. After all I have never heard of one having ugly ankles.
Note to my fellas. You may not be uncomfortable with your ankles out, but socks with boats leave you looking in the word’s of my DMV cronies “bama-ish”. When in Rome do as the Romans do. Lotion up those ankles and rock your boats.
PS. I happen to think ladies look adorable in boats as well.
