THE FIVE: Worst NBA Jerseys of All Time

5. Washington Wizards 2004-2005
It is no secret that the Washington organization does not make good decisions, and this choice of jerseys is yet another one to add to the list. I will not even get into this latest “shoot em up” fiasco. Look at all the players who Washington let go through the years: Chris Webber, Rasheed Wallace, Juwan Howard, and Richard Hamilton– two of which have championships, and all they have to show for is a few ugly jerseys.

4. Cleveland Cavaliers 1995-1996
Before I begin, I just want to give a moment of silence for the skinny Shawn Kemp. Admittedly I hail from this great city, but I am not claiming this foolishness that you call a jersey at all. However, there was some good in these embarrassing uniforms and that was we actually went to the playoffs this year.

3. Atlanta Hawks 1996-1997
I think that it is safe to say that the 90′s were not the most stylish years for NBA uniforms. Again this is a horrible illustration of color, design, and graphic art. While Mutumbo was waving his finger after blocking shots, he should have been waving his finger to these terrible jerseys.

2. Toronto Raptors 1995-1996
Unfortunately for Canada they have two teams that made the list, and deservedly so. That loud purple hue, horribly complimented by the white piping is very hard on the eyes. Not to mention the artwork on the front of the jersey is kindergarten-esque. This may possibly be the worst illustration of a Raptor that I have ever seen in my life. I could go on, but you get the picture.

1. Vancouver Grizzlies 1995-1996
This is far and away the most hideous jersey that I have ever laid my eyes on. Much like their cross country counterparts this is just inexcusable. I don’t even understand who gave the ” ok ” to this jersey. The entire front office should have been fired for this. Again, the color, design, and tribal trimming is a travesty. It comes as no surprise that there record was an abysmal 15-67.
