The finest girl on the planet, at least in my opinion, made an appearance on the Today Show this morning to promote “Doesn’t Mean Anything”, the first single of her upcoming album. She initially tried to dodge the question about Lil Mama busting up on her VMA performance with Jay-Z but the Today host’s casually pressed Alicia Keys a second time where she relented and finally said something. The Grammy award-winning singer kept it P.C. and replied that she would’ve preferred that the “Lip Gloss” rapper kept her “overwhelmed and inspired” butt in her seat instead of crashing the stage. You can hear the repressed irritation in her voice. She then gave her thoughts on Kanye’s situation.
